Corporate Finance Specialist Wiltshire (Hybrid) £50k + Bonus + Package

About you

Are you a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with an audit or commercial background and a genuine interest in deals, strategy, and value creation? This is an exciting opportunity to step into Corporate Finance with a growing and highly entrepreneurial team based in Wiltshire.

About the Role

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to live transactions from day one, working across acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs, and fundraising. As part of a small, ambitious team, you’ll be involved in the full deal lifecycle — from initial pitch through to completion — with direct Partner-level mentorship throughout.

Responsibilities

Preparing high-quality business plans, information memoranda, and financial forecasts Researching and approaching potential buyers and sellers Supporting valuations, exit planning, and fundraising assignments Assisting with and delivering financial due diligence Building and reviewing financial models and forecasts Managing client relationships and supporting deals from start to finish

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Background in audit or commercial finance

Required Skills

Strong interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Transaction Services Commercially focused with strong analytical and communication skills Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment UK driving licence required
