Corporate Legal Counsel - FTC - 4PQE+ - Fully Remote in the UK

We are working on an excellent opportunity for a corporate legal counsel for one of our key clients. The successful applicant will provide legal and corporate governance support across the business, advising stakeholders on regulatory, contractual and operational matters.

They are keen to speak with candidates who have in-house and corporate legal experience, and are 4PQE+. Applicants must be admitted in a common wealth jurisdiction.

This role can be based fully remote in the UK.
