Corporate Support Officer, ATL
[What the role is] To assist with the registration of samples/exhibits for DAT and IDL labs, and to provide general clerical duties to support DAT, IDL and other laboratory operations. [What you will be working on] (a) Receive urine and hair specimens from the submitting agents (b) Register urine, hair & drug cases in the laboratory information management system (LIMS) (c) Administer the dispatch of returned hair & drug exhibits. (d) File, archive and retrieval of physical case records (e) Perform general clerical duties (e.g., photocopying) and simple laboratory duties (e.g. clearing of glasswares) (f) To assist customers at the counters with their queries [What we are looking for] Technical/Knowledge Requirements Proficient in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Familiarity with archival and filing systems for case records Proficient in using MS Word and Excel.
