Country manager - UK

I'm building OffPeakGo, a marketplace that helps local businesses (barbers, restaurants, karting tracks, spas) fill their off-peak slots with discounted bookings. The model is simple: 15% commission on completed bookings, no subscription, no cannibalisation of full-price hours. We're live in France and the UK is next. I'm looking for one person to own the UK market end to end. What you'd actually do: Sign the first 50 to 100 merchants in London (you're on the ground, walking into shops, demoing the product) Build a small network of local ambassadors to scale acquisition Run influencer and community campaigns to bring in flexible consumers Own the P&L of the UK entity How you'd be paid: A percentage of the UK net margin from day one (net margin is our commission minus payment processing fees). Full numbers shared on the call. Equity in the UK entity, unlocked progressively as the UK hits defined revenue milestones. No cliff, no vesting. Paid on the 28th of each month. Honest version: zero guaranteed income. If you don't sell, you don't earn. If the UK works, you own a meaningful share of it.
