About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst professional to join our Operations team as a Course Developer & Skills Coach for the Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship programme. Working closely with the Curriculum Innovation Manager, Digital Learning Team, and wider Operations function, you will help design and deliver engaging apprenticeship learning experiences aligned to the ST0117 Business Analyst standard. This role combines curriculum development, workshop facilitation, learner coaching, and programme support. You will play an important role in helping learners develop practical business analysis skills that can be applied directly within their organisations. As part of our growing curriculum provision, you will contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of innovative, high-quality learning experiences. Key Responsibilities You will: Design and develop curriculum content aligned to the Business Analyst apprenticeship standard and EPA requirements Deliver engaging online workshops, group learning sessions, and learner coaching Support learners to apply business analysis techniques within real workplace environments Collaborate with the Curriculum Innovation Manager and Digital Learning Team to create engaging learning materials and digital assets Monitor learner progress, conduct tripartite reviews, and support learners towards successful completion and EPA readiness Contribute to standardisation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activity across programmes Build positive working relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues across the organisation Maintain accurate learner records and support compliance requirements Experience, Skills & Qualifications Essential Occupational experience in business analysis or a related field Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, process mapping, and business improvement Experience designing learning, curriculum, or training materials Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting professionals in development Strong understanding of adult learning principles GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) Desirable Qualifications such as BCS Business Analysis or Agile certifications Teaching qualification such as AET, DET, or PGCE Assessment or quality assurance qualification such as CAVA or IQA Experience delivering apprenticeship standards Experience using digital learning tools or platforms Interpersonal Fit We’re looking for someone who: Is aligned with our values and culture Brings curiosity and a passion for learning Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships Takes ownership and delivers with quality Works collaboratively and supports others Why Work With Us?
