Curriculum Manager – Business & Accounting (Permanent, Full-Time)
Lead and Develop Business & Accounting Provision This is an excellent opportunity to join Stanmore College as Curriculum Manager for Business & Accounting, taking a leading role in the management, development, and delivery of a high-quality curriculum.
The role requires an experienced and effective leader who can manage and develop a team of staff, ensure consistently high standards in teaching, learning and assessment, and contribute to the strategic development of the curriculum. You will play a key role in driving quality improvement, supporting staff performance, and ensuring that provision remains relevant, innovative, and aligned to learner and employer needs.
The Role
You will lead the Business & Accounting department, with responsibility for managing a team of staff and overseeing the delivery and continuous development of a high-quality curriculum.

You will: Lead and manage a team of lecturers, supporting performance management, professional development, and the establishment of a positive and collaborative team culture. Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring strong student outcomes. Develop and enhance a forward-thinking curriculum that reflects industry needs and progression pathways. Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including recruitment, retention, achievement, and student satisfaction. Ensure the effective implementation of quality assurance processes, including internal verification and continuous improvement. Support student recruitment, marketing activities, and employer engagement initiatives. Implement strategies to support learner progress, behaviour, and progression into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment. Work collaboratively across the College to ensure the effective use of resources and the delivery of a high-quality learner experience.

Salary: £46,078 - £49,718 per annum
