Hours: Mon-Thurs, (08:00-16:30) Fri, (08:00-15:30)

The Role
Be the voice of the customer in a global aerospace business
We’re looking for a Customer Account Representative to join a small, high-performing team at our Ansty Park site. This is a role where you don’t just process orders, you own the customer experience end-to-end, acting as the key link between customers and internal operations.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role:
You’ll be the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring everything from order placement to delivery runs smoothly.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
Managing customer orders from start to finish Providing regular order updates and clear communication to customers Running customer meetings and maintaining strong relationships Coordinating with internal teams, including supply chain, planning, operations, and finance Supporting forecasting and demand planning with customer insight Keeping accurate records and updates through Salesforce and SAP Ensuring customers always receive a high-quality, responsive service
In short, you are the customer champion inside the business. This is a role with real autonomy and visibility across the business.
Qualifications
Skills required:
Experience in a customer-facing, account management, or customer service role Strong communication skills and confidence in handling customer interactions Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders Comfort working with systems such as CRM (Salesforce) and ERP tools (SAP) A proactive, problem-solving mindset
