Who You Are
You will be passionate about providing our customers with a great experience when they buy from us. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of musical instruments and/or products, but this can be in anything from playing the bass in a rock band to being first violinist in an orchestra or being a part time DJ. Above all, you’ll be professional, friendly and reliable.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service. This includes handling inbound calls and occasional emails, offering friendly, knowledgeable advice across a wide range of musical instruments and equipment.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails Provide expert, friendly guidance on musical instruments and related products Resolve customer queries efficiently, escalating more complex issues when needed Contribute as a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team

Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence on the phone, with the ability to build rapport with customers Previous experience in a customer service environment High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Knowledge of musical instruments and equipment (highly desirable) A reliable, committed approach to delivering excellent service and advice A genuine interest in and appreciation for music
Things to Consider
The work hours will be 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.
