Overview
As an Enterprise Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting, developing, and enhancing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, with a particular focus on Customer Engagement functionality.
Working as part of the wider Information Systems team, this position is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on system ownership, continuous improvement, and acting as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities
Provide hands-on support and administration of Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Engagement modules Configure and manage areas such as security roles, user access, and environments Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Support day-to-day system usage alongside longer-term enhancements and optimisation initiatives Manage workflows, business rules, and process automation within the platform Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective system performance and adoption
Skills and experience
Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally within a technical, systems, or administrative capacity Strong configuration skills across CRM environments, including security and access control Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery Experience managing both business-as-usual support and ongoing system improvements Background in CRM systems, business analysis, or IT support Solid understanding of workflows, business rules, and automation tools
