What You Will Do

Analyze the performance of AI product modules across multiple client installations, building repeatable analytics and identifying areas for methodology improvement. Design and propose A/B testing methods and statistical frameworks to measure the real-world impact of personalization features on player behavior. Partner directly with Product Managers to present technical results and data-driven insights to both internal stakeholders and external key gambling clients.

The Ideal Candidate

Possesses 2-3 years of analytical experience, ideally within the gambling or gaming industry, with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Demonstrates technical proficiency in Python and SQL (or PySpark) to answer complex analytical questions and write clean, documented, reusable code. Exhibits strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex statistical findings into clear, persuasive presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
