Who We’re Looking For: We’re hiring an Analyst / Senior Analyst (1–2 years’ experience) with a background in analytics, BI, or consulting. If you’re curious, proactive, and passionate about turning data into insight, this is for you.

What You’ll Do Build dashboards & reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) Automate workflows (SQL, PowerApps, Alteryx, Azure) Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations Support transformation projects (process mapping, change management) Contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership Bring AI-led improvements into client work & internal delivery

Key Skills ✅Ideally 2:1 degree (STEM, Economics, or related) ✅ 1–2 years in analytics, BI, or consulting ✅ Strong data storytelling & problem-solving skills ✅ Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau + advanced Excel ✅ Exposure to SQL, Alteryx, Azure or PowerApps (a plus) ✅ Adaptable, collaborative, and growth-minded
