This organization is seeking an experienced contractor to lead delivery across multiple BI and digital workstreams, ensuring successful outcomes across a complex and fast-paced environment. The Role

Lead key BI and digital workstreams for a local council Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams across digital and BI environments Take ownership of priority initiatives, including Power BI reporting projects Manage and deliver a Schools-focused review of systems like Bromcom Coordinate with technical teams to ensure effective reporting solutions Manage risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communication

What You'll Need

Strong experience as a Data Project Manager or in similar digital delivery roles Proven experience with Power BI (reporting and dashboard delivery) Strong project or programme management experience across digital environments Ability to work closely with BI teams (oversight, not hands-on development) Experience managing multiple workstreams, risks, and dependencies Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and communication skills
