Day Porter - Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Day Porter to join our team at a prominent hotel located in Bloomsbury, London. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel premises during daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all public areas, corridors, and entrances are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests and visitors. Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restocking supplies. Assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience. Monitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management. Support event setups, breakdowns, and general hotel operations as required.
