Demolition Labourer

We have an excellent health and safety record and specialize in both major demolition projects and the soft strip out of buildings and structures for refurbishment. Our team is well-equipped to handle any size of project. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Labourer located in Birmingham. The Labourer will be responsible for assisting with various demolition tasks, including site preparation, debris removal, and ensuring site cleanliness. Additional day-to-day tasks include operating basic tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting other team members as needed. Qualifications Basic knowledge of demolition processes and operations Experience with operating hand tools and basic machinery Understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Previous experience in construction or demolition is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
