Why this job matters
You’ll manage a portfolio of around 80 customers from a desk-based role. You’ll build strong relationships, keep customers happy, and identify simple upsell and cross-sell opportunities, while managing accounts worth several million pounds in revenue.
What you’ll be doing
Own and deliver revenue targets, solo or as part of a high-energy virtual sales team Get on the front foot with outbound sales—regular customer calls and promoting BT products and services Team up with field sales and specialist experts to win opportunities across BT’s core product lines Keep forecasts and KPIs accurate and up to date for leadership teams Spot and manage churn risks before they become problems Find and win new customer opportunities Grow the business using a smart, multi-channel sales approach Close your own deals, bringing in specialists when needed to meet customer needs Be the desk-based go-to for customers and partners, building strong, long-term relationships
