Development Team Lead
.NET Technical Lead – Integration | London | Hybrid
We’re partnering with a fast-paced organisation undergoing major digital transformation and looking to appoint an experienced Technical Lead – Integration to join their technology function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer or technical lead with strong C#/.NET and Azure integration experience to help shape scalable, cloud-native integration platforms within a collaborative, agile environment.
The Role You’ll provide hands-on technical leadership across integration services and distributed systems, working closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions at pace.
You’ll play a key role in architectural decision-making, mentoring engineers, driving best practice, and ensuring high standards across delivery, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering squad Drive technical direction for integration services and platforms Design and implement APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures Build scalable Azure-native solutions using modern cloud services Remove technical blockers and support delivery across teams Promote engineering best practices, maintainability, and code quality Contribute to roadmap planning, estimation, and technical strategy
What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET (Core/6+) Proven expertise across Microsoft Azure integration services including: Azure Functions Logic Apps Service Bus / Event Grid API Management Azure DevOps / CI-CD Container Applications Experience designing distributed systems, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures Strong understanding of cloud-native scalability, resilience, and security Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong agile delivery experience within fast-moving environments
