Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dietary Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will help prepare nutritious, flavorful meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents. Your contributions will play a meaningful role in supporting resident health, comfort, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and presented attractively Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas Collaborate with dietary staff and Registered Dietitians to accommodate special diets Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare or institutional kitchen preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to follow recipes and dietary instructions accurately Strong teamwork and communication skills ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
