We are recruiting for Digital and Marketing Operations Coordinator for London, UK. The successful candidate will assist and support in the day-to-day planning and execution of Digital and Marketing activities across the UK and Ireland (UK&I region). They will manage digital and marketing operations tasks for all UK&I region campaigns, B2B & B2C activities, Digital Direct and support the wider team in meeting the key KPIs around Revenue, Content, CRM and Loyalty. This role also requires delivery of timely tracking and performance reports to assist the UK&I region team to monitor return of investment for digital and marketing (B2B & B2C) activities. Accountabilities • Support the delivery of digital and marketing operations requirements for the UK&I region and provide localised marketing inputs such as copy, market-specific insights, audience use of local media and channels to ensure promotional relevance • Supports with end-to-end B2B & B2C campaign briefs, timelines and deliverables including campaign planning, budgeting, creative asset development, post campaign and tracking reports • Be the primary person responsible for the updating of key channel assets (website and email) in a timely manner to display promotional offers, value-add and ancillary product propositions, and loyalty initiatives • Run reports that help the team to monitor usage of assigned marketing budget for the assigned region and the associated returns on investment for activities • Deliver performance reports of each channel with the help of comprehensive dashboards and performance tracking tools for the management to take relevant actions to ensure the assigned region will achieve the objectives and KPIs for all B2B & B2C campaigns. • Collaborate with regional Digital and Marketing teams, Head office stakeholders in Pricing, Loyalty, CRM, Marketing, Digital and all other relevant departments for day-to-day coordination of promotional and BAU communication • Ensure all B2B & B2C campaigns are compliant with Qatar Airways’ brand guidelines, standards, and tone-of-voice.

Together, everything is possible Qualifications • Relevant University diploma, graduate placement, or work experience with at least 1-1.5 years of working experience in a marketing role. • Strong experience in Marketing, Digital, or website content creation. • An understanding of business revenue drivers, partnerships and loyalty retention is required • Overall Marketing fundamentals including Brand awareness, consumer journeys, and sales funnels • Excellent written English with a flair for copy proofing and/or writing You must have the legal rights to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role
