Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Hertford (Full-time office-based role)

Summary
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving their clients' online success. This position involves creating and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive leads and sales for their clients.
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and optimise paid search campaigns for clients across Google and Bing. Plan, manage and optimise paid social campaigns for clients across Meta, LinkedIn et al. Excellent knowledge of keyword research techniques and tools. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Ability to use common AI solutions such as ChatGPT / Gemini for content and image creation. Work alongside our client’s web design team to create and build effective landing pages, improve conversion rates, and optimise clients' websites. Analyse campaign results and optimise campaigns based on the statistical data available, following best practice guidelines for optimisation. Work closely with clients to plan monthly marketing activities and be the client's primary point of contact for all allocated accounts. Coordinate activities with other departments and their partners. Produce Monthly Reports and Analysis for all client accounts. Support sales in preparing marketing audits and proposals. Ability to set up and manage analytics and tracking tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing for an agency. A minimum of one year of experience in managing client Google Ads campaigns. A minimum of one year of experience in managing client Meta Ads campaigns. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A motivated self-starter with a passion for digital and search marketing. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow core business processes.
