A leading commercial building consultancy is seeking an accomplished Director of Project Management to lead a regional office. This senior appointment offers responsibility for driving business growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering top-tier services to clients in the commercial property sector.

Key Responsibilities: Drive growth, profitability, and reputation of the office Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team Manage and deliver commercial real estate projects from inception to completion Lead client engagement, bids, and business development Champion values focused on building performance, sustainability, and well-being

Requirements: Significant experience in project management within the built environment Proven leadership of project teams and/or office operations Outstanding communication, client management, and networking skills Relevant professional chartership (MRICS or equivalent) preferred Track record in winning work and developing business
