Director of FP&A - Nottinghamshire / Hybrid - £90,000 - £100,000 + Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity with a highly commercial and growing business for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join the senior leadership team and support the Group as they go through a period of further growth. You will be a Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant, who is highly commercial, and has robust analytical and senior stakeholder management skills. Someone accurate and 'in the detail' who can lead and develop the small FP&A function for the CFO. The organisation offers excellent progression opportunities. Key Areas of the Role: Taking full ownership of Financial Planning & Analysis Leading a small, high potential FP&A team Key part of the senior leadership team supporting strategic planning Full responsibility for KPI analysis and performance review Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Forecasting, Budgeting, and Planning Exceptional Stakeholder management at all levels, Finance & Non-Finance Driving Change and Process Improvement Good with systems and Excel As mentioned, the ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who is technically proficient and has a commercial mindset with extensive FP&A experience within a commercial organisation.
