Employment type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available

Roles Available: 2 - also possible to take a team of 2 on as well as individual appointments

About The Role…

Working as a Team leader to deliver Patching, Lining & Cutting solutions to our valued clients, in both regulatory and non – regulatory Environments. The majority of works will be on our established frameworks with the country’s leading water companies.

You will work as a team member and being responsible for all site activity ensuring the team are working safely and efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale.

As a Drainage Patching Team Leader, you will…

To manage Patching, Lining & Cutting works completed on site.

To offer support so that all Ipsum site and reporting process’ are adhered to fully

To be a role model for your team, passing on experience to further the development and skill set of operatives

Work towards the compliance of site staff with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment

Ensure Company policies are always adhered to.

Ensure all site related incidents are reported.

Identify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escalate.

Always establish good relationships and communication and resolve issues and early resolution of any potential problems.

You need to be flexible too: we operate 24/7 so there may be early starts, weekend working and an out-of-hours working across the UK.

About You…

Previous experience and/or qualifications within the Utilities and/or Drainage Industry

Full Clean Driving Licence

Patching City and Guilds

EUSR – Patching and Lining

Experience of leading a patching team

NRSWA Streetworks

Confined space level 2 and above
