About the Role Assisting and liaising with stakeholders. Dealing with various queries relating to their role as Private Hire Drivers / Couriers, vehicle allocation(s), updating reports where necessary. Trouble shooting, allocation and maintenance of essential equipment. Location The job is located at West Drayton (Near Heathrow Airport) Reporting Lines This role reports to the Driver Liaison Manager About You Be comfortable working as part of a team and your own Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to workload Competent IT skills Time management & organisational skills Main Accountabilities Dealing with communication(s) from drivers pertaining to issues they are experiencing Liaising with internal departments to resolve complaints in an effective and time sensitive manner Resolving queries relating to works carried out by stakeholders Data input and office administration Any other duties required by Management Performance Standards - The jobholder will always: Provide the highest level of confidentiality Be polite, courteous and professional when communicating with clients, potential customers and staff Ensure at every opportunity the services of the company are being promoted and marketed in a courteous and professional manner Make every effort to ensure that customer / staff needs, and expectations are being met.
