The Role As an embedded paralegal within our Manchester Employment team you would take instructions primarily from our Employment Associates but also have the benefit and support of being part of the larger TST.

You will be predominantly carrying out work for the Employment Team. The specific Employment assignments you will be working on can include the following: drafting Tribunal forms, including Grounds of Resistance drafting settlement agreements and witness statements preparing instructions and subsequent correspondence for Counsel document review, including e-disclosure, to assess the relevance of a wide range of documentation as part of a tribunal claim supporting on large-scale projects

Skills & Experience Given the nature of the role, previous Employment paralegal experience is preferred. Successful candidates will have: strong attention to detail excellent communication skills a proactive, positive approach
