This highly regarded practice advises an impressive roster of market-leading clients across a broad range of sectors on complex and high-profile employment matters. The role offers the rare opportunity to work closely with multiple partners across both contentious and non-contentious employment work, providing exceptional exposure to sophisticated, intellectually stimulating matters and outstanding career development opportunities.

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of employment matters, including: Complex employment litigation and tribunal claims Strategic day-to-day employment advisory work Transactional and corporate support matters Senior executive exits and sensitive workplace issues Restrictive covenants, employee competition and business protection matters Cross-border and international employment issues

Candidate Requirements: 4+ years’ PQE gained within a leading City or international firm Strong experience across employment advisory, litigation and transactional support matters Experience handling complex and high-value employment disputes Exposure to restrictive covenant injunctions and employee competition matters would be advantageous Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills Desire to work within a truly international and collaborative environment
