Patient Care Technician / Surgery / Full Time Patient Care Technician (PCT) is to provide safe, compassionate, and efficient support to patients and the healthcare team by assisting with direct patient care, monitoring, and daily operational tasks under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The role is essential in promoting patient comfort, safety, and dignity while ensuring a clean, organized, and responsive care environment. Patient Care Technician is an onsite position. Essential Functions Performs thorough daily cleaning and surgical room turnover based on schedule. Properly cleans working equipment. Properly collects and disposes trash and linens. Safely makes detergents and germicidal solutions from chemicals. Properly washes walls and ceilings. Properly mops floors with cleaning solutions. Properly moves equipment for cleaning.
