Chelsea Barracks is one of London’s most prestigious residential estates, developed by Qatari Diar. As the estate continues to evolve, the emphasis is shifting towards a more refined, service-led and hospitality-driven environment.

This is a senior, on-site leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, resident experience and the long-term positioning of the estate. It requires someone who can move beyond day-to-day management and take real ownership of standards, culture and delivery. You will lead across operations, engineering and security, ensuring the estate operates seamlessly while maintaining a discreet, five-star experience for a high-net-worth resident community. You will also act as a key interface with ownership, bringing clarity, control and credibility to all aspects of on-site performance.

Responsibilities include: Leading all on-site teams and service partners Setting and maintaining best-in-class service standards Managing resident relationships with discretion and professionalism Overseeing budgets, service charge and commercial performance Ensuring compliance across health, safety and operational risk Driving continuous improvement across service delivery and estate presentation

We are looking for: Senior leadership experience within ultra-prime residential, hospitality or similar environments A strong track record of delivering high-quality, customer-led operations Commercial awareness alongside operational depth The presence and judgement to operate effectively with residents and ownership
