Events Sales Manager – High-Growth Marketing Events Portfolio Base salary: up to £45,000 + uncapped commission Location: London (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Are you a commercially driven sponsorship salesperson who thrives on owning meaningful revenue targets and building long-term client relationships within the digital marketing / martech space? This is an opportunity to step into a high-performing, high-growth events portfolio, with a clear path to becoming a top biller.

We’re hiring a Sponsorship Sales professional to join an established events team within a global media group. You’ll take a leading role across two key products: A flagship confex marketing event x 2 (large-scale, multi-million revenue) A fast-growing conference style event x 2 focused on brand-side marketers

You’ll be selling integrated, consultative sponsorship solutions, including: thought leadership, stage content, networking formats, brand positioning and bespoke activations.

What You’ll Be Doing Owning and growing a sponsorship revenue line across a leading B2B events portfolio Managing a blended book of existing accounts and new business Building relationships with senior decision-makers across: Martech & marketing technology, Performance / affiliate / partner marketing, Payments & digital commerce &Creator platforms and social growth tools Designing and delivering bespoke sponsorship packages (content, roundtables, networking, hospitality, brand exposure) Attending events (and selected competitor shows) to build relationships and drive revenue Working closely with leadership to identify target segments and new sponsor categories

The Team You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing commercial team: Head of Sales (hands-on, revenue-carrying) Sponsorship Sales Manager Sponsorship Sales Executive This role Plus a junior hire focused on more transactional products

The team has a consistent track record of delivering high 80s–100%+ of target, with clear examples of individuals doubling base salary through commission. The culture is supportive and non-territorial, with shared deals and a clear pathway into larger accounts and higher-value sales.

Working Style Hybrid: 3 days London office / 2 days WFH Regular travel to UK and international events Exposure to senior leadership and onboarding support
