Position: Executive Assistant & Admin Operations Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $45–$60/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Build long-horizon admin tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance. Create scenarios for executive support including calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and travel booking. Develop expense and procurement tasks such as expense reports and purchase requests with rule-based limits. Design office operations scenarios like service ticket routing and document filing against a taxonomy. Work independently and asynchronously to maintain focus during challenging tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years as an EA, office manager, or senior admin supporting busy principals. Expertise in principal-level calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems like Concur, Expensify, Ramp. Familiarity with corporate travel platforms such as Navan and TravelPerk. Proficient in async communication operations. Comfortable with admin artifacts: itineraries, agendas, expense packages, service tickets. Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
