As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and personable Executive Assistant to join our talented team and support our ongoing success.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, precision, and a naturally polished approach. As a trusted right-hand, you will ensure the seamless coordination of the Director’s day-to-day activities while playing an integral role in supporting the delivery of the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous playing a key role in assisting with event sales and partnerships.

You will be instrumental in managing communications, coordinating high-level meetings, and supporting client engagement processes to the highest professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing documents Attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions

Superyacht Rendezvous Support

Support the Director in all aspects of the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous from a client sales, partnership, and administrative perspective Attend and assist in meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders Manage follow-ups from meetings, ensuring all actions are completed in a timely manner Prepare reports, track progress, and maintain organised documentation Assist with drafting proposals, contracts, and client communications Support the overall sales process by ensuring leads and opportunities are followed up and managed effectively

Salary range for this role is - £30,000 - £35,000.

There is also a bonus of £500 for each client you work with who successfully converts. OTE - £60,000
