Beyond media and advertising, we produce high-end marketing content in-house, positioning us as a true one-stop shop for clients aiming to elevate their brand presence within the superyacht industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly capable and dynamic Executive Assistant to support senior leadership while also taking a leading role across our content and digital output.
The Role
This is a multifaceted position combining high-level executive support with hands-on leadership across content and digital platforms. We are looking for an exceptionally organised, creative, and proactive Executive Assistant who can operate as a trusted right-hand to the Director while also driving the day-to-day output of our content team.
In addition to managing executive priorities, you will take ownership of the look and feel of the Superyachts.com homepage, oversee content production across editorial and destination features, and oversee our social media presence. A key focus of the role will be the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous, where you will lead all content planning and delivery—ensuring the event website is consistently updated and that coverage is executed seamlessly in the lead-up to, during, and after the event.
This role requires a balance of precision, creativity, and commercial awareness, with the ability to move fluidly between strategic oversight and detailed execution.
Executive Support
Prepare presentations, and briefing materials Attend meetings where required, take accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions Act as a key point of contact for Content, handling communications with professionalism and discretion
Content & Digital Leadership
Oversee and coordinate the content team, ensuring consistent, high-quality output Lead the creation of editorial and destination-focused content aligned with brand standards Take ownership of the Superyachts.com homepage, ensuring it is visually compelling, current, and commercially effective Manage and oversee all social media channels, driving engagement and brand growth Ensure all content reflects the luxury positioning and tone of the brand Work to create automatic workflows
Event Content & Superyacht Rendezvous
Lead all content planning and execution for the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous Manage and maintain the event website, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date Produce and oversee content in the lead-up to the event, including announcements, features, and partner highlights Coordinate live and post-event coverage, ensuring timely and high-quality output Work closely with internal teams, partners, and clients to deliver cohesive event storytelling

Note: This role will require travel, mostly to the USA and Dominican Republic. Applicants must have a valid passport and be admissible to the US.
