About the Role
We are launching a new executive search subsidiary within the Workplace Futures Group, building on 30–40 years of expertise in designing environments for major occupiers, asset managers, and developers. This is a unique opportunity to join a business at it’s inception; leveraging our established internal talent acquisition and business development networks to deliver exceptional executive search services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver executive search assignments for middle and senior-level roles, focusing on contingent and retained mandates. Collaborate closely with the internal resource team, architectural design & build company, and a highly established business development team. Build and nurture relationships with C-suite clients, ensuring exemplary service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain and enhance the company’s reputation through excellence, repeat business, and client retention. Provide a consultative, client-focused approach — success is measured by external client satisfaction, not fee income targets. Utilise Bullhorn and other recruitment technologies to manage assignments and candidate pipelines. Contribute to the growth and culture of the new business, reflecting the values of excellence, professionalism, and long-term strategic thinking.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, with a focus on middle/senior contingent and executive search. Proficiency with Bullhorn or similar recruitment software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport and trust with senior stakeholders. Personable, professional, and committed to delivering perfect service. Strategic thinker with a long-term approach to client and candidate relationships. Demonstrates the highest standards of professional reputation and integrity.
Team Culture & Values
Excellence in all aspects of delivery. Exemplary, client-focused service. Commitment to reputation, repeat business, and retention. No fee income targets—success is measured by client satisfaction. Strong collaboration within the business development networks. Consulting mindset, always striving for the best outcomes for clients.
