Brindishe Federation Extended Services Play Leader - Tea Club

Brindishe Manor School, Leahurst Road, London, SE13 5LS

Brindishe Green School, Beacon Road, London SE13 6EH

Salary: Grade 2 (Scale Point 3 – 4) pro-rata, Term Time Only ( £11,190 - £11,955 per annum)

Hours:Tea Club 15 hours per week

The post is part time and subject to a satisfactory 6 months’ probation period

We are currently recruiting for Extended Services Play Leaders across our Federation of three schools to join on us on a permanent basis. This role is available to start as soon as possible.

The Brindishe federation comprises of Brindishe Lee (1 form entry), Brindishe Manor (2 form entry) and Brindishe Green (3 form entry), All 3 Brindishe schools are rated Outstanding Lewisham Local Authority Primary Schools providing an exciting education for children aged 3 -11 years, all walking distance from each other, we are a few stops from Charing Cross, Waterloo, London Bridge mainline station or a short walk from Lee or Lewisham station.

The post involves:

Promoting children’s safety and well–being Helping to maintain a safe and organised play environment

We are looking for someone who:

Can relate well to children and supervise them during Tea club. Is aware of Health & Safety Is willing to follow school policies and procedures in relation to the role.

Therefore the successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) as well as reference checks
