Answering calls from Practices and record sufficient detail so a contractor can resolve Triaging incoming requests to determine severity, urgency, and the appropriate response route. Maintaining clear communication with practices, including updates during works and confirmation of completion. Logging all events, actions, and outcomes accurately within internal systems. Your Skills Confident communicator with a strong and professional telephone manner. Quick thinker with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Background in call centre, customer service, or similar fast‑paced environments Strong IT skills, including ability to work with multiple systems and logs Comfortable working with internal stakeholders across different departments Enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about supporting our practices and ultimately helping the nation smile.
