The Role

Are you reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to work in a practical, outdoor environment? Sofina Foods is looking for motivated individuals to join our agricultural operations in the Portsoy and Cullen area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and is open to learning. While experience in agriculture is an advantage, it’s not essential – we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in your role.

Due to the rural locations of our farms, having your own transport is essential.

Starting Rate : £12.71

Hours of work - Monday to Wednesday 8am to 5pm (approx). Thursday 5am to 2pm (approx) (every 3 weeks). Friday 8am to 4pm. (Some weekend work is required on a rota basis).

Your Key Responsibilities

Work outdoors across our farm sites, contributing to key agricultural operations Follow set protocols to ensure high standards of animal care, hygiene, and safety Embrace a varied schedule including early starts and weekend rota shifts Receive full training and ongoing support to grow your skills and confidence

The Ideal Candidate

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions A self-starter with good reliability and timekeeping Open to learning new skills and working as part of a supportive team Able to travel to remote sites independently Agricultural experience is helpful but not required – we’ll help you build the knowledge and skills you need.
