Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented FBA Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Supervisor to oversee the efficient and accurate flow of inventory in our fast-paced “fast-in, fast-out” FBA operation. The ideal candidate will ensure timely unloading, sorting, palletizing, and dispatch of goods to meet Amazon’s stringent service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Operations:

Supervise the timely and accurate unloading of inbound containers.

Manage the sorting and quality checking of received goods against purchase orders. Ensure all received inventory is recorded promptly.

Outbound Operations

Supervise the picking, packing, and sorting of orders for dispatch.

Manage the palletizing and staging of outbound shipments.

Ensure all outbound shipments are accurately labeled and dispatched on time to meet carrier pickup schedules.

Monitor and optimize the outbound flow to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Warehouse Supervisor.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English.

FBA Experience Preferred.
