Field Service Technician Potain

Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Tower Service Technicians to strenght the Potain Product Support Team based in Buckingham and serving Uk & Ireland

Main activities in the Role

• To provide field-based service support for all Manitowoc tower crane products within the UK.
• Be responsible for providing Customers with high quality after sales support, using your judgement in making the correct technical and commercial decisions.
• Produce fast and effective service and maintenance in line with the product requirements.
• Provide if required supervision to MTW/Customer resourced erections/dismantles and parts. 

To be successful in this role

• Technical expertise in Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical. 
• Crane experience essential. 
• Full UK driving license
• Customer Focus
• Proactivity / Problem Solving
• Excellent Communication Skills
