Role Description We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven individual to join Full Circle Asset Finance, this is a full-time on-site role based in Elland. The Finance Broker will be responsible for managing all in-house finance deals generated by our sister company FleetFinders (Leasing) Limited, as well as building their own pipeline of finance opportunities. They will work closely with clients to understand their financial requirements and create customized asset finance and commercial finance solutions. They must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and have a positive, self-motivated attitude. They will be an integral part of the team and company growth.

Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 Years Experience in a Financial Services / Commercial Finance Role Proficiency and good understanding of funding facilities Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to build lasting client relationships and manage multiple financial projects Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred Knowledge of asset-based lending or fleet financing is a plus
