Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food Waste Implementation Project Manager based in Barking, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the rollout of food waste initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing the implementation of food waste reduction systems, and evaluating project outcomes. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring successful outcomes, with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction and community engagement in the initiatives.

Qualifications Strong skills in Project Implementation and Software Implementation, with the ability to manage end-to-end project execution effectively Excellent Analytical Skills and the capacity to assess data, measure outcomes, and identify areas for improvement Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Experience in ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and service delivery Knowledge of sustainability practices or waste management systems is a plus Proficiency in using project management tools and software Proven experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management, environmental studies, or related field
