Job Title: Founders Associate
Location: Monument, London Are you a high-energy problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments? We’re looking for an exceptional early-career professional to work closely with our founders and help drive strategic initiatives across the business.
What You’ll Do: Partner with founders to tackle complex, high-impact challenges Analyse problems, synthesise insights, and turn strategy into action Drive projects end-to-end with autonomy and initiative Organise and prioritise multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment Learn across all areas of the business and contribute to key decisions Support the building and scaling of a high-growth startup from the ground up
What We’re Looking For: Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience with high ambition and energy Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills Strong academic background, ideally from a leading university Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities Excellent communicator, both written and verbal Attention to detail and high personal standards Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn across multiple domains Genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and building things from scratch
