We’re partnering with a growing international platform operating within the asset-backed finance space to appoint an FP&A professional into a high-impact, commercially focused role. This is a highly visible position with direct exposure to senior leadership, offering broad involvement across planning, modelling, and strategic decision support.

The role: • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes • Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives • Deliver scenario analysis and business case evaluation • Provide insight into cost drivers, revenue performance, and key trends • Partner with teams across the business to align financial and commercial objectives • Support the development of FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics capability
About you: • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years PQE • Strong analytical and financial modelling capability, including scenario analysis • Background in FP&A, finance business partnering, or analytical finance roles • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders • Experience in financial services or asset-backed / asset-heavy environments is advantageous
