Role Description We are seeking a Freelance Business Development Manager for a generous commision only based role in Lincolnshire. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing partnerships. The role involves creating strategies to expand the client base, promoting our flagship diagnostic services, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. You will represent the organization’s expertise in leadership diagnostics and contribute to scaling our business operations. The earnings potential is uncapped. Qualifications Sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management Proficiency in networking, communication, and presentation skills to engage with senior teams and boards Strategic thinking and ability to create and implement growth strategies in alignment with company objectives Experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client needs Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities An inbuilt hunger to succeed is a must.
