Freelance Graphic Designer

About The Role

We’re looking to build a relationship with a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to support our marketing team & Senior Graphic Designer on an ad-hoc basis during busy periods and across specific projects.

This role is ideal for a designer who can quickly understand brand guidelines, deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. You’ll help ensure our brand remains consistent, professional, and visually engaging across digital and print communications.

Scope of Work

Projects will vary depending on business needs and workload. Typical work may include:

Designing marketing assets such as social media graphics, website headers and email templates. Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences. Producing brochures, reports, and branded documents. Supporting bid and tender submissions with visual layouts and formatting. Designing information posters, guides, and cleaning specifications. Editing and preparing imagery for digital and print use.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work across multiple formats. High proficiency in PowerPoint (essential). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills. Experience using collaboration or project management tools (e.g. Asana) is beneficial.
