Resource Manager - Events & Production Agency 3 month contract - ASAP start London 3 days in office 2 remote £250 - £350 per day

URGENT!! We are seeking a freelance Resource Manager to support the smooth running of this busy agency's projects and resources.

The Agency

This creative event production agency work with the who's who of global brands producing the highest quality work to engage audiences. With creative flair they design, produce and execute a range of bespoke builds and brand experiences, live events and immersive productions and due to continuing success we are now supporting with the hire of this crucial role in their design department.

The role

This is a busy role working across all projects resourcing and ensuring good forward planning and smooth ways of working. You will schedule workload for all team members on the projects and lead daily check in's as needed with team members to ensure targets are being met and any amendments needed are actioned in a timely fashion. Ensure freelance resource booked matches the approved scope and budget by regularly discussing with producers and other key stakeholders. About you

We are seeking experience in resourcing and scheduling within an agency environment, you are super organised and have excellent Excel and systems skills. You will have an understanding of how agencies work and will resource across multiple projects so understanding events, brand activations and project delivery is key! Experience in bringing in the best freelance talent for the agency is crucial to best suit the projects.
