Role Description We are seeking an experienced Freelance/Associate Facilitator to support the delivery of executive-focused AI training programmes for senior leadership audiences across public and private sector organisations.

Typical programmes will include: AI adoption and transformation Operational efficiency and productivity Business applications of AI Governance, risk and leadership implications Organisational innovation and growth

Assignments will include both in-person and virtual delivery formats for executive and managerial audiences. The role is delivery-focused, using structured programme materials and briefing support provided by us. Dates and times are flexible and ad-hoc. All assignments are delivered either remotely or at our training academy in London.

Required Facilitator Profile: Candidates should demonstrate experience in delivering workshops or training for managers, executives, or leadership teams, and possess a strong ability to lead discussion-based sessions rather than relying solely on lecture-style delivery. Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills with non-technical audiences, as well as the ability to lead organisational operations and process improvement, connect AI opportunities to business outcomes, and demonstrate a practical understanding of the programme delivery areas outlined above.

Daily rates will be competitive and reflect the skills and experience of each facilitator. Immediate availability is highly desired. Closing date is Wednesday, 13 May 2026. Programmes begin on Monday, 18 May 2026.
