We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to be the sophisticated, friendly, and attentive face of our flagship London studio, ensuring every member receives a seamless and world-class hospitality experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Role Description As a member of our Front Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for Ydun’s existing and potential members, responsible for creating a warm and seamless experience. From managing bookings and assisting with enquiries to maintaining the studio’s inviting atmosphere, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day interactions that define Ydun’s exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Warmly welcome members and guests upon arrival, providing a professional and friendly first impression. Assist clients with check-ins, bookings, and scheduling enquiries with precision. Support the growth of the community by helping convert new visitors into members. Build positive relationships with members, remembering their preferences and proactively addressing their needs. Serve premium refreshments, such as coffee and smoothies, ensuring each interaction feels personal and high-end. Studio Support: Maintain the reception and lounge areas, ensuring they are clean, organised, and consistently reflect Ydun’s luxury standards. Manage incoming calls and emails, providing timely and accurate responses to all enquiries. Monitor and restock supplies for the reception area, refreshment bar, and studio amenities to ensure a seamless member experience. Team Collaboration: Support the Studio Manager and trainers with administrative tasks and operational flow as needed. Proactively communicate member feedback or concerns to the Studio Manager to continuously enhance the Ydun experience. Assist in executing special events, brand activations, or promotions, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees.

Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in a client-facing role, ideally within luxury hospitality, premium retail, or a high-end wellness environment. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to multitask while remaining highly organised. Attributes: Warm, personable, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional member experience. Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Technical Skills: Familiarity with studio booking and scheduling software; proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, and calendar management. AI Literacy: Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline communications, and improve operational efficiency.
