As our clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for a warm, organised, and client-focused Front of House Receptionist to become part of our team.

This role is ideal for someone who naturally enjoys people, thrives in a premium client environment, and has a genuine interest in skin, aesthetics, wellness, or the beauty industry.

The Role

★ 4-day work week | Full-time or Part-time + overtime opportunities | Up to £15 p/h (DOE)

You will be the first point of contact for our clients — setting the tone for their entire experience with us.

From managing appointments and supporting consultations to handling enquiries and helping clients feel at ease, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every interaction feels professional, welcoming, and seamless.

This is a varied role with opportunities for progression within a growing clinic environment.

Responsibilities

Managing appointment scheduling and clinic diaries Welcoming clients and delivering a high standard of front-of-house service Handling phone, email, social media, and online enquiries professionally Aiding lead conversions and client follow-up Maintaining accurate client records and administrative systems Assisting the wider clinic team with day-to-day operations Helping maintain the calm, organised, premium environment we are known for

Duties may evolve in line with the needs of the business.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is naturally personable, proactive, and highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for client care.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have previous receptionist, front-of-house, clinic, spa, retail, or customer service experience Have an interest in skincare, aesthetics, wellness, or the beauty industry Enjoy creating positive experiences and building rapport with clients Communicate confidently and professionally both in person and over the phone Are comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Are confident using computer systems and booking software such as Phorest, Pabau, Fresha, or similar Have exceptional written and spoken English Are commercially aware and confident discussing treatments, skincare, and bookings

Bonus points if you personally enjoy skincare, treatments, wellness, or keeping up with the aesthetics industry.
