The Mission A leading global digital transformation consultancy is expanding its elite GenAI Engineering practice. Unlike traditional data science roles, this position is focused on the architectural integrity, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered applications. You will be part of a high-calibre team, building sophisticated production-grade solutions for critical sectors.

The Frontier: Tech Stack & Responsibility This is a hands-on engineering role with a heavy back-end focus. You will move proof-of-concepts into robust, cloud-native environments. GenAI Frameworks: Advanced implementation of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Vercel AI. Core Engineering: Python (FastAPI) or TypeScript (Express) for microservices; React/Next.js for front-end requirements. The AI Layer: Practical application of RAG, intelligent agents, and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama). Data & Infrastructure: Vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, PGVector, Qdrant), SQL/NoSQL, and Docker/Kubernetes. Production Standards: Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), Terraform (IaC), and LLM monitoring (Langsmith/Langfuse).

Candidate Profile The firm requires engineers who can bridge the gap between technical delivery and client-facing consulting. Experience: A solid foundation of three to five years in software engineering, followed by at least 12 months of dedicated GenAI delivery. Capability: Proven ability to build, deploy, and scale applications in cloud environments. Communication: Comfortable running technical demonstrations and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Managing Consultant – Leadership Track For more senior applicants, a Managing Consultant role is available. This position is designed for an AI expert with commercial acumen who wishes to lead the Python GenAI team. You will oversee technical delivery, manage and mentor junior engineers, and support sales and discovery phases while remaining technically hands-on.
