Global Commercial Operations Director

RS Global Search Partners are exclusively partnering with a globally recognised Security & high-Value Goods Freight forwarding business, in their search for a Global Commercial Operations Director. This role reporting directly to the Global Chief Commercial Officer, will oversee the full management of the Commercial function and running of the team.

Key responsibilities: Strategic oversight and direction of the In-house commercial offering Managing key relationships with C-level stakeholders both internally and externally

Your Teams will oversee: BD support RFPs Client onboarding Quoting and cost sheets Pricing & Tendering CRM Account management

Essential Experience: Experience working within the Security Logistics Sector (Preferable) Experience working within Freight forwarding (Essential) Strong Commercial Acumen Strong background in leading inside sales, key accounts and pricing and tendering functions within a freight forwarding business Experience building and shaping teams
