We’re looking for a truly exceptional associate to join our London Global Finance team. This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to work on high-value, complex cross-border financings with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

The Role: Practice Group: Global Finance (London) PQE: 2–4 years Focus: Lender-side, private credit, English law loan transactions Work on syndicated loans, acquisition financings, structured credit, and innovative private credit deals Immediate exposure to high-profile clients and market-leading transactions

The Candidate: You are a superstar associate who: Has outstanding academic credentials and top-tier law firm experience Has demonstrable experience on lender-side Global Finance transactions Is commercially sharp, technically excellent, and confident advising sophisticated clients Has a track record in English law loan documentation, including leveraged, acquisition, and structured financings Can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
